okay, the brilliant souls who decided to put the auto playlist feature on Windows Media Player are my new best friends. it's funny seeing what songs i listen to non-stop on weekday evenings, lol...it's like going back in time or something. i likey ;D
so, the Starbucks job is officially a memory, so i'll be hitting up Michael's in the coming week for some much needed employment. until then, the job at the pharmacy and a tutoring job i have one night a week are getting me by. i'm tutoring 5th grade math, which makes me feel fucking brilliant, rofl, but i'd really like some U.S. History jobs, since that's one of my favorite subjects in the world, and if Lit didn't have a strangle-hold on my life, it's what i would be teaching. Gab has Kalner next year, so i'll become his new best friend and have him send his students my way, lol. but, focusing once more, a job at Michael's means i'm a short car ride from work, can get discounted knitting supplies, and, oh yeah, MONEY. i pretty much owe my mom my existence since Molloy is ruining my life and raised tuition again, she had to take out another loan. fucking a. we seriously can never, ever have a comfortable existence in this house...it would cause the earth to implode, i swear. if i can't get a job at Michael's, then i can always beg for one at the Coldstone in Long Beach...kill me, lol.
this week's pay is going towards a train ticket to Coney Island for the Siren Music Festival, which is just awesome :] i'm definitely seeing Tapes 'n Tapes (Crissy's love), The Cribs and Art Brut (our mutual loves)...again, awesome...with every piece of hipster scum in Brooklyn, lolll. i'm thinking of reconing a shirt just for the occaision, but we shall see.
basically Tim and Crissy are my partners in crime and they make me smile big like this :D :D :D
