Is providing troops with sub-standard equipment `supporting them`? Or is it reckless disregard for human life and unpatriotic?
Another question I must ask is whether this is solely limited to the US forces in Iraq, or does the Canadian Armed forces suffer from the same or a similar situation. Does the government of Canada adequately support the our troops by providing them with state of the art equipment?
