Back from Tokyo!!
OMG so tiring... lucky for me that I got bumped to the premium economy class. It's not business class but it's waaaaay better than economy!!
Didn't seem like I did enough for this trip unfortunately. I only spent 3 days doing anime/manga shopping... 1 day doing regular shopping T_T. I didn't get to go to the butler cafe AGAIN!!! OMG!!!
As to what I else did...
- Went to Nikko for 2 days 1 night. lol we met a very funny and cute oyaji working at the ryokan who warned us about "crazy monkeys". Of course I also got to soak in an onsen... ahhhh what bliss!
- Attended 2 mad days of comiket. The crazy lines for the Nitro+ table... crazy lines for Takanaga's table too! Omg Takanaga sensei remembered me when we popped by her table to ask for an autograph!!
- Shook hands with Kuroda whatshisname from the Maid Hajimemashita game. lol us 3 girls each had very interesting conversations with him at the handshake session. Did I mention that he really was holding our hand THE ENTIRE TIME?! I'm sure he has an impression of Singaporeans now... I literally told him "sumimasen nihongo wa wakarimasen...". lol, no I was actually there so I could get the limited special Maid drama cd ^^;;
- Went to Meiji shrine for hatsumode on the 1st. I think I'm nuts eating while sitting in the freezing cold at 3am!
- Sang karaoke from midnight to 5am lol... nyaaaa we sang anime songs XD XD!
- Went for Okonomiyaki! The type that we get to cook ourselves ohoho!! That was a very fun dinner :D :D :D
- Lastly, spent too much money ^^;;;
Oh, and those famous otome road cookies? Apparently it'll be made into an anime and drama cd!! If the anime's based on Nekota sensei's drawings, I'll be in heaven! I bought 2 boxes of the uke cookies lol... will take pics when I get around to opening them XD.
Will also try to post pics if I'm not too lazy...
yiching, not sure if you got my comment but I got you 2 of the new releases by Yubinbasha :). I actually found one of her older releases when I was digging through the shelves at Mandarake but er... I don't remember where I put that DJ *dies*
