So, so far, we've spent a day shopping, a day snowboarding, a day relaxing and watching movies, and today was spent skiing. All in all, it's been one of the more active family vacations we've had since we used to go to Florida every summer and buy week passes to the theme parks. It's been fun and, for the most part, relatively unreportable.
The insights that I'm gathering this week, however, come more from a book I'm reading (The Fountainhead, by Ayn Rand) as well as the stretching attempt of "Happy Feet" to address problems from messing with the environment to expressing yourself to changing traditions and more. It was really interesting to listen to the elders talk about how the Great Gwen (I think?) giveth and taketh away. It made me chuckle.
I'm more posting this right now because I'm bored and there's not an awful lot for me to do right now. Anyways, I'd better not hold up the computers any longer, and let the next person in line take it. Until then, have fun!
