six flags
so yesterday i met katy in lowell and we went to six flags where we then met shelby and her friend allison. it was good to see all of them. the day was long and fun..but very hot. i got a minor sunburn on my shoulders. we went on 5 rides...that's it. the lines were so long and we were so tired that we left at 7:30. it was a fun day though. yay for discount tickets. i hadn't been to six flags in forever so it was good to go there again. it's actually a lot smaller than i thought it was.
two nights ago i met katy in lowell to see Batman: The Dark Knight. it was amazing. heath ledger totally out-acted ANYONE in that movie...especially christian bale. his batman voice was horrible. but heath totally embraced the role of the madman joker. he made it comedic as well as scary. it's too bad that he is gone now because he was an phenomenal actor. talent like that just doesn't come everyday...especially to someone so young.
anyway...my brother is here and aaron, him, david, and i are going into boston in a little while to visit my grandmother for an hour or so. i guess i should get ready.
