Wow, yeah, so I've really been dropping the ball on this blog thing lately. I mean, two posts in two years?! How irresponsible of me.
My first impulse here is to run through my usual litany of excuses and special pleadings, but I guess that wouldn't be too dignified, so I suppose I'll refrain.
I've been using the time to think about stuff, from the mundane to the profound, and from the profane to the...mundound.
Or something like that.
Anyway, I thought it was high time I emphatically declare myself back in the land of the living, and try...you know...*talking*, to *people*, like I used to do, back when the world was young.
To sum up: I've been away. I'm sorry for my absence. I'm back, and intend to stay back. Expect a fairly steady stream of custom-made musings, incomprehensible rants, lifted quotations, bad puns, and other gewgaws found in the bargain bin that is my noggin in the near future.
Until then, bye-bye, and buy bonds.
