I have a class in half an hour that I haven't been to in....I can't even remember. I've dug myself into a bit of a hole. It's a 25 person academic writing course and something (even though it's small) is due practically every class. I've been in denial but I've really got to sort this out. I've run out of excuses. Someone suggessted urinary tract infection. I might just have to give that one a try...
The past few days have been a lot of fun. My life is completely drama-free right now and I'm loving it. Monday night was drunken arts and crafts at the Coq and Bull with Kate, Ben, Scott, Karen, Eva and Susan. I made a tribute collage for my floor <3 Kate, Scott and I decided to embark on a search for an oriental masseuse that we found in the classified ads. It was closed but the walk over (which took forever) was so worth it. It was definitely one of my most random nights in Montreal thus far. Scott's hyperactiveness is contagious....I love it. I'm looking forward to getting to know him better. I stayed in Tuesday night and hung out with the floor. Jenny and I invented this game called "RVC" where we pretend to be typical RVC girls and use the most annoying voices in the world. It's addictive. We didn't 'play' yesterday and I was in serious withdrawl (yeah, I know...can you say LOSER!?) Last night I dyed Ambreen's hair. We bleached it and streaked it an awesome shade of pink. It's lookin prettttty damn hot. The boy came over and I realized that I see him 100%-without-a-doubt as a friend now. We just had lunch together and it was free of any tension/awkwardness/nervous laughter. I'm glad :) I might be going to cafe campus tonight for 90s night with Ambreen, Jenny and some girls from McConnell. I'm not too sure though because I sort of wasted away the past three nights. I've done absolutely nothing and the work is seriously piling up.
I got an interview for the BMH job this summer!
The lady gave me a french test over the phone to see if I could actually speak.
It went okay, but she gave me the most absurd sentences to translate.
No one would EVER say half of them.
Ugh. Time for class.
