A week of farewells. Surprisingly I wasn't as sad as I expected, probably cos it feels like their absences won't be that long.
Farewell dinner for Lionel! He was so happy he managed to increase his weight to 70kg haha
Can't wait to see them without hair
Went to Tekong the next day! The showcase was boring -.- Couldn't believe that we only got to see them at the very last part of the visit!! And the lunch was so brief =[ One moment we were eating and the next moment they were calling for the recruits to fall in. 2 weeks!
Gonna miss his happy silly face and everything else too
Went to accompany Kelly right after cos she was in Tekong as well haha sat through the exact same speech in the audi.
Chilled at Whitesands for a few good hours just catching up =] It's been 12 years since we first met and some things will never change. Infinitely glad for that.
Kelly made me do a "sad face" but she said it looked cheeky hahaha. Her 1st attempt and my 2nd attempt weren't very convincing either. But really gonna miss them sigh
Last farewell, Lam my best cousin. She's going to further her studies in Australia and we won't get to meet till November! Probably would have cried if I stayed on longer. Gonna miss our chats, her awkward smiles (which significantly improved yesterday night!), imitating her stupid faces, messing up her hair...
So it felt like a week of gatherings, not so much of farewells actually because no one cried haha. Nah. Cos I know we'll still be in contact whether it is skype, snail mails or phonecalls at 9.30pm every night. =]
