Graduated from Physical Therapy!
Today's big news: Ellie, the PT, released me from physical therapy! I am done! Just have to keep up with the exercises and walking protocols until I see the surgeon on the 31st. Because of the years of walking with a crippled hip, the knee and ankle are out of alignment so he may prescribe out patient PT at a facility to correct and strengthen the muscles into proper position.
