3 words that summarizes my day. ^^
I woke up again at 10 AM. As I got out of my bed, I saw a gift bag next to my door. I was like, "o_O". I looked inside, and there was a digital camera and a card that said, "For your upcoming trip to Japan. Love Mom and Dad" Wah~ I love how they totally knew what I wanted, although I have been looking at store ads every Sunday looking for a sale. XD
It's a Nikon Coolpix S550. And yes, I just got the picture from the internet. haha. I didn't even open it yet.
So, I thanked my dad and had breakfast. My brother got an electric shaver. He's like, "She gets a camera and I just get a shaver?!" Brian dear, it's better to give than to receive although I should be quiet because I want to whack him for giving me a bag that came for free with an order from Urban Outfitters. That dork, he even boasted about it. T_T I'm soo tempted to take back that cologne.....
After a late breakfast, I looked for updates on Kpop and my fanfics, and then started working on Cake Mania 2 again. ROFL. Apparently I need to collect 6 trophies, and I've only gotten 2. Should it be a goal before winter break to get all 6? That's a terrible goal. Aish.
After playing for about 3 hours (I know, soo BAD), I went to eat the spaghetti for lunch. While eating the late lunch, I was watching the Lakers game. Dang. It was Celtics vs. Lakers. At first, I didn't want to watch because of the NBA Finals last spring, but fortunately, Lakers won this time. ^^
During half time I was playing Cake Mania 2. XP
Anyways, after the game, my dad wanted to watch "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" with Brad Pitt. He bought the tickets online, but we kind of left our house late, and the parking structure was packed. We first saw people fighting over a parking spot, with both drivers yelling at each other and the people that they were with were holding them back. Intense, yo. My dad missed 2 chances in getting a parking spot, so we ended up parking on Main St. At first, I thought it was only a 1 hour parking spot, but since it was after 6 PM, the rule doesn't apply. Unfortunately, we were late for the movie, so we asked if we could exchange it to the next time, but the next time was already sold out. The next one available was 9:55 PM, which was too late for my old dad. haha.
We ended up going back home, with a stop at Wendy's for $0.99 Chicken Nuggets that my brother couldn't resist. I cooked rice right before we left, so when we got back, we just heated up food. My brother and I ate dinuguaan and lumpia (vegetable eggrolls) while my dad had the palabok and the lumpia.
After that, I looked through all the icons being posted. I caught up. haha. I'm very proud of myself. Then I playe Cake Mania 2 again. Aish. I need to stop. Also, my brother keeps telling me to open the bag he got me. Uh, no thanks. T_T
So, here I am, writing an entry. It's almost the end of Christmas Day. It was a quiet day. We didn't end up going to the place we usually go to for Christmas. I wasn't feeling it anyways, so I guess it was good.
Oh, apparently the SBS Gayo is their farewell stage for their Korean activities. They'll be resuming their Japanese activities in January. Not surprising, no? LOL. Hopefully thei'll end it with a bang. It's disappointing that their activities only resorted to about 3 months, but I must admit, they did quite a lot in those 3 months. I don't think Korean fans can ever be satisfied with what they got out of DongBang these 3 months, but I hope they understand what Tohoshinki is aiming for. Yes, most Koreans may not care about their Japanese activities, so I guess Tohoshinki is doing this for themselves, and I think they deserve that opporutnity to prove to themselves how much they can further advance themselves in their music. I support them fully, as Tohoshinki and DongBangShinKi. So, if you have Channel 18 and you're free on December 31, go check Tohoshinki in Kouhaku at 8 PM. Well, it will start then, but I don't know when they'll appear. LOL.
Go figure that it's their anniversary since they debuted 5 years ago. I found these on dnbn.org, and I really found it quite interesting:
Xiah Junsu
Micky Yoochun
Youngwoong Jaejoong
Choikang Changmin
U-Know Yunho
DongBangShinKi
My, how they have grown. ^^
Their first televised performance, and I guess it's appropriate:
