So Junior and I were talking about work last night. Don't we just hate the way we work
and work and work and ..well you get the idea. I'm for making the world a better place
and everything but does your job help you do that? I mean, when you look at what you do and compare
what you wish to accomplish in life, is work which is how most of you I assume spend 24%+
of your life (based on a 40 hour work week) while 33% (based on 8 hours (yeah right)) is spent sleeping... leaving you 43% (as if) free time how much is actually going toward making the world a better place to be or whatever you wish to accomplish. As for me world dominance has always been an objective.
I do believe in Capitalism to a degree, after all I am a republican, however It is taking
to damn long for progress between the union workers who take advantage of their employers and Capitalist Pigs who protect themselves and not their employees who obviously make up the backbone of their
functions to join together into a more perfect Union with Liberty and Justice for ALL!!!!
What I was getting at as Junior was drinking back his 6 lucious looking frothy Amberbocks... and
I was drinking water after 12/12/13 hour days of hell at work, was that the only thing that rewards
us anymore is Money? With few acceptions of an occasional or rare "good job" maybe a catered lunch
or morning meeting breakfast which are really just a facade to keep us happy for the moment and they
work. The truth is I believe all we are working for is ourselves. Many of you may read this and respond
"Damn Straight"...but do you really feel good about this? Are you asking, what do I believe in? What
did I belive in? Just a reminder to go out with all that free time you have and do something that will
make you feel good about yourself, something aimed at what you started out to accomplish and forgot about
along the way.
Thank you I was not drunk when I wrote this. I swear.
