Autographs...
Was looking through some old mementos and found an autograph book I had as a kid. As I don't have a scanner, I thought I'd copy some of the cuter entries here for you all to enjoy!
These entries are dated from about 1967-1971. Here are some of my favorates:
Roses are red
Violets are blue
You are sweet
And so you know. (A boy wrote that! LOL) To my 3rd best friend I admire. (Gee,Im number three! How wonderful!)

P.S. I would like to go to the moon with you. (Oh cool, a future vacation idea!)

There goes Karen down the hole! (And then after that the girl wrote:)
Good luck to my favorite girl friend
The next one was written by one of my 7th grade MALE teachers. He was quite the BS artist! All we girls loved him. He was fired when I was in 8th grade. Got caught looking up to many students dresses! (And that was when alot of us girls wore dresses all the time!) Anyway here's what he wrote to me:
To Karen,
Your kindness is only exeeded by your good looks and wonderful personality. (Remember I was 11 years old at the time! LOL)
Karen had a little lamb that sat beside the heater
And every time he turned around he burned his little seater. (I like that one-it's cute!)
And finally I end with this one. A personal fave of mine. I'm including the name on this one:
I like you.

What you may have noticed is the last name-same as mine. Yes, My younger brother wrote that! He was 8 and I was 10. But still he only wrote 'like' LOL! And he had to sign his last name too! Just in case I forgot who he was you understand!
I hope you enjoyed that little trip into my childhood memories. I hope they put a smile on your face and gave you a giggle or two. I'm still searching through the "archives" for more cool stuff! Well I'm off for coffee, see you all soon!
