lots of stuff going on
i just got my xmas bonus and it was much more then i expcted. i'll need it as i'm in escrow for a condo! everything should close in early jan, so i have a lot of stuff to buy. it's the first place i've owned and the first time i'll be living alone. i'm nervous about all the responsibilty and debt, but it will be nice to have something to call my own.
