After an hour long argument over which of them had actually won the snowball fight, the Them finally set off home.
“Have you seen Anathema’s tree yet?” asked Adam, as they trudged along the common.
Pepper shook her head.
“I helped with the lights,” said Wensleydale. He wasn’t quite sure why Anathema had been so desperate to get the lights up before Newt got back, but had been jolly proud to be asked to lend a hand.
“The angel at the top looks a bit weird though,” said Brian. “It’s just a bloke in glasses holding a pile of books.”
