Chapter 2: Idealism
Citizens of Discedo,
I am sorry if I wake you up at this hour but if you have not seen the alert sent out by the scientists, we currently have less than twenty-four hours to evacuate our city before a disaster strikes.
I will be holding a city-wide meeting at the park of Latimir street tomorrow, being the tenth, at noon. From here it is my hope that we will be able to analyze our resources and organize into traveling groups, splits up amongst the three locations that the scientists have suggested to us.
This is to avoid any potential panic or chaos, as well as the ensure that everybody has companions, and a way out of the city. Your cooperation is appreciated, as well as vital to your survival.
I do not know if the scientists intend to give us any more information concerning our situation, but be prepared for that as well so we can plan accordingly.
Please spread the message around to any friends who do not regularly check their communicators.

Here is what I have of the plan, given that I believe the idea of a meeting at noon is now out of the question. Good luck.
Well, first I need to know how many ships we have to utilize, as well as other resources. From there I've determined that everybody should organize themselves into their travel parties, consisting of all of their friends. The largest parties, as well as the parties that would require assistance with basic survival needs should travel by ship to the city of Spero. Apparently it is the best stocked.
Smaller groups should travel together by wagon or whatever other means we have out to Dissimulo. Particularly resourceful or skilled foraging residents should vouch to travel this way as well, in accordance with the scientists' recommendation.
And we have been given the option to travel East, but this is into unknown territory. Only small, tightly cooperative parties with high survivability ability should attempt to head this way. Ultimately I'd only recommend it to our toughest, and only then if we don't have room for them on the convoys to Spero or Dissimulo.
Keep in mind that ultimately, we can logically move the most traffic by ship, and second by wagon. Of course this is assuming that when the scientist said "ship" she didn't mean "sailboats". If that's the case, then my entire plan falls apart.
