[Anyone standing on the right side of building 10 at the right time will notice a window open and a blonde woman in black stand in front of it for a second, holding something. After a moment she leans forward and carelessly spreads her hands to let countless sprigs of mistletoe fall to the sidewalk below

[After the metallic flick of a lighter, she sighs out an almost inaudible breath as she notices more appear in the room.]

I guess you could say I'm more worried about my sensibilities than my safety.

Whether it's all a curse or people are taking advantage of the excuse the City's handed them, I can stand not knowing.
