HAIR!
I got the urge to get highlights done last night and still woke up with it this morning. 
groovekittie wasn't answering bbm, but K was answering emails so she told me to DO IT so I called and have an appointment for NOON TODAY.
WOOT. I am way excited... the last time I did highlights was like NINE years go if not even longer.
I just wanted a change but I really like my hair cut. So partial foil highlights it is. expensive, but I am evil and never do it as often as you are supposed to.
