turbo.

usually when i get burnt out and tired of work and school and people, the only thing i look forward to is going to turbokick.

it's like, i can take out all my stress and push my body to the limit and just when i'm about to pass out, or throwup (which is what almost happened today, word of advice don't eat ramen an hour before turbo) or i feel like my body just can't muster the energy to do one more punch or one more kick, i can. and so no matter how difficult work or school is. no matter how difficult it seems. i can get through it, AKA not pass out, or throw up on myself.

and that is why i add turbo (with dan) into my schedule every week, and i altered my class schedule next semester so i can go.
