Rose doesn't have a great deal of support, and has the emotional substance of a tantrum throwing toddler, but as and when she is scared, it causes a great deal of grief and headaches for all concerned. I suggest you find out who it is, so they can be served with a restraining order and Rose can go back to her own home.
