Some of us are dearly departed, and some of us aren't. I'm alive and kicking, as far as I know--but my inmate isn't. It's... mostly a place where people go to find some kind of redemption after they've died.

Wonder why Sirius is there, what with him being the way he is - young and all. He died when he was thirty-five, not twenty!
