Can someone make me an Icon that says * "Heaven and Earth starts right here with me and you" with a black ground and rainbow colored letters..I would like for it to shimmer from a picture of a little boy and girl holding hands to the saying* "Heaven and Earth starts right here with me and you"...It would greatly be appericated...and credit will be given...
