thursday night was a nice night of not being stressed out. ended up going to see the casualties/the camels/la rocca at the anno with vyv and van, then pushing on to the empire, then to a loungeroom, then eventually vyv's place to try and sleep. quite a... hilarious night. la rocca were pretty good for a bunch of irish lads but we got bored of them before their set ended and made cocks of ourselves in the back room. the camels were wonderful as usual, the casualties should not try for "amusing" stage banter.
we met too many guys called matt. well only two. or maybe three? but it seemed like everybody was called matt. i'd write much more but i can't be bothered and the good mood was well and truly killed last night.
oh, the ausidol "rock chick" (..kelly?) was there, earning her street cred. hahaha. aw nah bless her. the few times i saw her she didn't seem to be acting like a wanker, which is more than i can say for most people at the anno. including us. or at least van. ;)
edit: i have to be cruel to van again. sorry. but her asking matthew strong "oh, what band were you in?" was priceless. i could've slapped her. i probably did slap her. i know i kicked her at one stage and i am actually sorry for that.
