Had one big brewing session this afternoon. Did my first partial mash which basically means three to four hours rather than one. While that was going, I bottled my lemonade and applied myself to debottling my dark ale. I started at around seven and it's now past midnight. I haven't had dinner yet and I'm really pooped. At the moment I'm just waiting for the wort to cool enough to pitch the yeast. I should cook myself some beans while I'm waiting.
