This evening I made the perfect brownies. Nothing special...just Duncan Hines Extra Thick & Fudgy Recipe with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, but they did not stick to the pan this time and were numalicious. It was the first time I added chips to my brownies, and now I am inspired, for future brownie batches, to add (though maybe not all at once)...
-- Dried cherries
-- Peanut butter chips
-- Marshmallows
-- Peanut butter cups
-- Rolos
-- Sundae sauces (hot fudge, butterscotch sauce) to swirl through the batter
-- Coffee extract
-- Almond extract
I was struggling mightily today, due to rain and brain chemistry...and no joke, the brownies helped more than anyone will ever know.
