Looking for a few good mods!
We're looking for a couple new mods to help us keep on top of things here. Anyone can apply for this, although experience with icons would, obviously, be ideal. But if you think you'd be a good mod with the ability to give thorough, substantial concrit, please feel free to apply.
The bulk of responsibilities will be to keep on top of the application post. Our goal is to respond to applicants within a week with their final response (two yes or nos, three if there's a yes AND no vote) but lately with work, school and real life responsibilities we've been finding it hard to live up to those goals.
Potential mods MUST be able to give constructive criticism. This community is not just about letting people in with interesting, pretty, unique icons. It's about helping people improve. You will not be allowed to approve applications you think should be accepted and leave the rejection comments to the other mods. This means being able to provide tactful, helpful and detailed concrit to those people who want it. You should want to help the people who apply here. We get a few applications a week, which isn't strenuous, but you should still be able to spend about five minutes per comment.

Mods will be asked to use the tracking feature to get notification of new comments to the application post. If you don't get emailed comments it will be your responsibility to check the post regularly for new applications.
