Co-Mod
I just want to say how much my co-mod rocks. We've dealt with a few issues, a ton of admin stuff (updating lists and wiki pages) and a butt load of apps to process. We've had to deal with a new app about every other day between the two comms we run and we've managed to stay on top of them.
You're not afraid to say no to an app if something doesn't make sense and won't approve an app that doesn't look right. You care about the quality of characters in the game and characters have to meet a certain standard.
You're not afraid to speak your mind and you actually discuss things. You keep lines of communication open and we discuss things that are problems or issues.
