Millicent, I've finished your dress. I wasn't sure what would suit you.

Padma - Sarafina, as expected, was laughing to wake the dead when I sent her my letter. She doesn't have a very high opinion of you right now, but she will for my sake, but she asks you to never involve her again in schoolyard politics, since she considers herself above them. Please expect a hilarious, understanding, comforting and referential letter on your bed for you to give to Parvati, since she doesn't like me very much and I have no intention of getting into another pointless fight.

I've been in the library every night for the past few days, and tonight I shall be in the library - again - doing my homework if anyone wants to chat; call it the unofficial opening of the study group. Turn up if you want - if you don't want, then don't.

Oh, dear, so much to do. And Sarafina hit me with five 1000+ word essays for Lit work, so I have to do that. Can't sleep properly these days. Too much going on.

Back to beading, now. I need to finish off the bracelets for Pansy, and give it to her when she comes back.

It's the only way I know how to say 'thank you' or 'welcome back' without sounding like a fool.

I hope she likes it...
