Xmas: Goa or Hong Kong or ... ?
Last week planning our Christmas vacation in Hong Kong. Manage to find a good deal - tickets and 5 nights in 4-star hotel in Wanchai for almost 8,000 RMB (1,175 USD) and was going to pay for it today. However last night at 1am my boyfriend announced: "Baby, why don't we go to Goa instead?" First I was speechless, since I got everything planned already and then I became super excited. We started to search for the affordable ticket from Shanghai to Goa, but were brought down to earth by the rates - 600 USD per person is more than we are ready to pay (Note: we tried Expedia and Indian Air websites). We thought maybe other "warm" Asian holiday destinations would be more reasonable in terms of airfair, but even Bangkok is more than 600 USD. I hope that my company agent will give us a better price and we'll land somewhere in some peacefull place in the North Goa. If not than we spend our Chrismas in noisy Hong Kong or somewhere else... I don't know already.
