What would *you* ask Alton?

Alton Brown is going to be speaking at function held by my company soon!! As if that's not cool enough, he'll be doing a small group Q&A with a select group! Obviously, I'd move mountains to attend!!!! It's technically a lottery to decide who gets to go, but we have to offer up questions to ask him to even *get* in the lottery, and we were told "the more questions, the better." I seriously doubt the number or quality of questions puts you higher on the list, because that would be a lot of work for the person in charge of this, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared!

So, both because I'd like to offer some insightful questions, and because I'm genuinely curious, what (food or career-focused) questions would you/have you asked Alton Brown given the chance?
