A Week in Review
So this past week (well last week i suppose) was quite busy. Between homework, school, and XC, other things to do were hard. But lets see, on Friday, me and Andrew got in trouble for missing XC for the past 2 days, but then i did really good at XC so no complaints there. Then Friday we all watched Battle Royale (a movie where 9th or 10th graders are instructed to kill each other. I read the book and this was my 2nd time seeing the movie. Then on Saturday, yesterday, was a Halo day. All i did basically was play Halo. It was fun though. Then today was quite relaxing, a nice break from the busy week.
Overall, life is being pretty good to me now. Nothing to complain about and nothing to be sad about, well thats not true. I can find a DVD box set that i just got and it pisses me off, but its just a thing that can be replaced after time. So yea, im doin good.
I did get to thinking this week and realized how different everything was one year ago. Everyone was still friends, no drama (really there is too much), things were simplier/easier. But im not saying this too be sad or gloomy, im saying this to realize how much has changed in one years time and how fast things change. Note as of now, i think that last year was better, but i wouldnt want to go back to that, i mean part of me does, but nothing is really all that bad now, so why bother. But seriously, just think about how much is going to be different come Thanksgiving. I mean we can look foward to at least one thing, cooler weather (which i think is better).
