jet lag and chaos

(yeah i think i said that wrong.)
anyway, yesturday was crazy. i was up for like 36 hours with only like 5 hours of sleep... my plane was alright. lauren turner was on my flight to detroit and then some other family was there going to paris that i knew. the flight wasnt too bad, but they dropped us off at the wrong part of the airport causing my sister to not be able to find me and us being lost for like an hour and a half.
her apartment is really small, but i really like it. i went to the notre dame after i dropped my stuff off here, then went shopping for a little bit. i stole a sign off the side of a building which was very exciting. i'm picking up on little things already, but its really hard to be in a city where the language you can use is very minimal... except they speak english to you so i guess that makes things alittle easier.
last night, went out for fondue with my sister's friends, who are hilarious and really nice. the fondue was alot of fun, and we ended up staying there for ever but its all good. its kind of chilly here so i think the weather is nicer in delmar. oh well.
i'm leaving for normandy in 20 minutes (we're leaving at 640, in case you were wondering), so i'd better get a move on. hope things are good back home!
