I got up this morning and did my 15 mintues. I didn't get up until 5:05am, but I still committed to being on the elliptical a full 15 minutes.
And I planned my meals for today:

Breakfast:
1/2 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese (2pts)
(1) 100 Calorie Bagel (1pt)
(1) Banana (2pts)
Total: 5pts
Lunch:
2 slices of light bread (1pt), 6 slices deli ham (1pt), 1 slice RF Provolone (1pt) (3pts)
4 clementines (2pts)
1 cup grapes (1pt)
1 FiberOne Yogurt (1pt)
1 cup carrots (0pts)
1 light string cheese (1pt)
Total: 8pts
Dinner is TBD based on my evening because I have weigh in tonight. I have a feeling I didn't lose, probably gained (it is hard to tell on my scale at home), but I feel good about myself and my plan of action this morning.
