my last few entries are sadddd
a lot of them are private in fact
most of those issues are resolved now ... i wasn't expecting that back then
i feel much better now
much more like myself
no one is keeping me from doing what i want, or should do, and no substance is either.
well my family might argue that last bit, but the green is here to stay for now. (AND FOREVER)
new semester next week. a couple entries back i wrote how badly i fucked up last year. well this last semester was the same story. way to go cass.

"stress relief" scent.. of course.
speaking of family, kate is recently engaged to the most wonderful man kendall. WELCOME TO THE FAMILY BUDDY, i don't know how to say it just right! couldn't be more happy or excited. we nutter-uphams are gonna have a BLAST with all the wedding shenanigans, etc. yayy!
i'm so glad nora is back in the usa. we still don't hang out enough for her only being in BOSTON. the "we're so busy" excuse isn't good enough... we'll have to plan it out better.
nora and i got to visit andy in seattle this fall! it was fabulous. saw the city. saw the forest. saw andy's place, and met some of his friends. got coffee at his normal place. it was an awesome trip.. first time on the west coast. saw the pacific ocean for the first time! beauuutiful. sci fi museum, bums asking for benzos, the public library! we had so much fun - enough thanks can't be expressed to andy for hooking up the whole trip. :)
and for my parents, well, they got a cat. its sickeningly adorable how much they love it. they're finally cat people like myself. YES!~ and charlie the cat is amazing.
so this summer kate and i are hiking half of the appalachian trail. after i take a summer biochem class. we've got huge backpacks, headlamps, lists, books, and fucking BALLS.
cant. wait.
i think it will do wonders for me. for so so so so many reasons.
i'm starting my reading and push-up regiment tomorrow, :) :) :)

i've sworn off boys. as much as possible. they're no good for me right now.
i got rid of the soul sucker i was hanging out with for a while.
everyone refers to it as a "dark chapter" in my life. no better way to put it.
he really did suck out some soul. its mostly back. but my desire for a relationship is at absolute 0. theres always one exception though.
christmas break was awesome. my family is wonderful, my friends are wonderful. i feel so happy that i still get to be buddies with my highschool pals. and my college friends have stayed true this whole time. i saw a looot of people i didn't think i'd see and it was great.
in february zach, brittney and i are returning to washington DC for the second annual powershift. workshops and trainings and speakers and such, then a rally on the lawn and we go talk to our senators about important energy/environmental issues. WOOHOO. this year bobby is going to come too! obama please help make it happen for us!
this evening was very enjoyable. drove through the snow dangerously. drank milk with sam. and then we watched frasier together before going to our rooms. :)
