people have asked me to post. so post i will. rant, rant. rave, rave.
so in the last few days, i've decided upon the name i'd like to give my generation. many people so far have tried to classify us giving such names as generation swine, generation nihil, and generation of the doomed. pepsi even tried calling us generation next. and that is exactly my point. we are a generation of nothing. we collectively have no beliefs and no motives. we are boring, bland, and banal. we have no aspirations for anything new or creative. we found out that sex sells and we want to sell it till our dicks are sore and our pussies are bleeding. we want everyones sympathies for our causes but say 'fuck you' to everyone else's. our generation will be the first one in american history to actually have a decreased life style than our parents had/have. we are the generation of repetition and recycling. we've decided everythings already been done or tried and could give a shit less about looking for anything new. our collective mind does not care that our government is offending nations with nuclear capabilities. but we care that jennifer lopez's ass may be increasing or decreasing in size. we want cars as big as houses that can do 0 to 60 in 8 seconds and movies where the advertising costs more than the actors. our generation has inspired and bought all of the flashiest, mose useless gadgets this world has ever seen. our attention span is almost non existent. god himself could come down from heaven and tell us all the meaning to life; but we wouldnt care unless he did it in style wearing matrix sunglasses and a 007 mercedes. he could die on our laps and we'd mourn him for 2 seconds until the next rock star had an affair with a playboy model. we are dead to the world. not our bodies, but our minds. so what, after all this, have i decided to name our generation?

nine, in almost every religon and society before the great US, symbolized the end of a cycle. it was the idea that this is the end, and after this, you start back at the beginning. as we stand now, we will not move on. we will reset. after our generation, is the end.
