(no subject)
It has been a crazy week. The whole household has been sick and both Gonzo and I had some big deadlines. Starting with the most important, Izzy. He had an ear infection to which he started antibiotics last Saturday. His fever went away and he went back to daycare Monday - Wednesday. The fever returned on Thursday and he returned to the Dr. to find out that the antibiotic wasn't working. New antibiotic started Thursday and he has been doing better since. He should be well enough to return to daycare on Monday.
Gonzo had stomach flu on Monday night and Tuesday. I started symptoms of a sinus infection on Sunday and continued to decline until I started antibiotics on Thursday. My nose is still stuffy and my stomach is still recovering. Oh, I forgot to mention I had a bit of the stomach flu as well. I had a big report due on Wed and Gonzo is still working this weekend on his big deadline (he worked till midnight last night and started back around 6am). Plus Ive made the insane decision to try and graduate this semester. So, I have to finish my writing by Feb 24th. Wish me luck.
Izzy has started getting onto all fours and rocking. He scoots backwards. He pulls himself onto his knees. He rolls around a lot to get to things. Even when he has been sick he has been a joy to be around. Still sharing smiles and love.
