More complaining
I think if students are going to call me names behind my back, and I can hear them, they should just grow a spine and say it to may face... maybe then I can respect you more for your honesty than think less of you for your brazen cowardice.
I will say though that I am spending way less time with the little douche-bags who are disrespectful and just impossible and concentrating more on the students who are actually there to learn and make awesome art. I'm less stressed for it. Though an occasional vodka cocktail with frozen fruit instead of ice cubes certainly helps unwind. I've tried reasoning with these students. I have tried rewards. I have tried punishments. They are no longer worthy of my time, but I still have to keep after them when they are looking up tits on the internet.
