Possible overdose of HGTV, or just inspired home improvements
My built in shelving is almost done. They just have to cover up the drywall holes, and bet some support under the extended desk/shelf part of the project. I bought myself the mesh two drawer file cart I have been eyeballing for about three months now. It fits splendidly below my new desk area in the area where I envisioned it. Of course, now I want two more projects having to do with my room. Placing a 16" wide ferrous metal sheet that extends from floor to ceiling next to my door so I can cover it with magnets and pretty cards I have received over the years. Second idea which I think is much more feasible in the immediate future is painting the inside of my closet all Keith Haring style. I have always liked his artwork, and while I am not as hardcore as my friend Eden who has Keith Haring art tattooed all over her arms and shoulders, I would love to have part of my living space looking like what he did to Grace Jones.
