Homeland. Which, granted, I just finished watching this week, but whoa, what a wild ride. I suspect watching this show straight through might be the television equivalent of a rollercoaster. Is Brody a patriotic soldier and family man, an Islamic terrorist, or both? Is Carrie a brilliant CIA operative, completely bats**t insane or both? And why does Saul use a ruler to spread peanut butter? It doesn't matter. Except for a slight, early reliance on bare boobs (yes, it's pay cable, we get it, plot now please?) we got 12 episodes of red herrings, subtle hints and changes, violent twists and top of the line acting. Oh, and a few moral questions to debate when you're done with the are they/aren't they debate. Go watch.
Disclaimer: I do not work for Showtime or anyone associated with Homeland. However, I'd gladly work for Damian Lewis anytime. :)
