Remilia Scarlet. Sure she's brattish, mostly evil, and a vampire that feeds on human blood in such a way that it regularly stains her dress red (hence Scarlet Devil) but HEY! It would never be boring. Remilia is just chock full of zany and wacky ideas for plots to either amuse her or unsurp the power balance of Discedo. If Yukari is the subtle troll that you never see coming, then Remilia is the obvious one that gets the ball rolling with macros and shit. She's hilarious. I'd love to have such an eccentric boss.
