To swim,
To speak (and write and read) Japanese
Ditto with Latin
To drive a stick shift
to play chess (well)
To play the guitar or an instumment, period
To read music
To understand, at least partially, Mandarin
To sing along to a song (fully) in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese
To cook a wonderful meal, if only just one, completely from scratch.
To make a wearable garment (that is not a scarf)
