and happen to find yourself in the boston area...
this next short piece was written by my best friend yelena who is one of the playwrights a this auction
and i am one of the actors.
"Rareworks, in conjunction with The Red Hand Collective (a playwrights group) is having:
A PLAYWRIGHTS AUCTION:
come and bid on playwrights of choice. if you place the highest bid, you get to have them write you a play on the subject(s) of your choosing! they have approximately 3 days to write this play and then the script is given to actors/directors to put up!
The Auction: Monday--as in, today. 9:15PM at the Dining Hall. (Free Food)
The short plays then go up Friday.
It's fun! It's frivolous! It's erotic!
And let's just face it: it's something you can, later in life, reflect upon as an example of a stellar time.
Plus, I'm one of the playwrights being auctioned off. Bid high enough and you can have me all to yourself...
Not only that, but many other gals you know are actors/directors/etc in this auction.
