[What you see is the inside of a somewhat messy living space. There's some clothes and books sitting about, sheets as well as untidy stacks of paper and a couple of dirty dishes as well. In the background you can hear a door opening and shutting, and steps entering the room most likely barefoot. The person is still offscreen, but just by the sounds ( Read more... )

It's not as though I haven't seen anything like that already.

...the point is I don't like being spied on.

Okay, point taken.

Do you, um... need any undergarments? For the time being...?

...no? Ah, right, most people are apparently under the impression I'm usually male.

W-Well... it's just that. It can be a little, um, uncomfortable... if you're particularly, um... well-endowed? And I don't know if leather is all that comfortable against... erm... [She can't even bring herself to say the word "nipples" here...]

First off, I'm not particularly well-endowed, as you put it, secondly, according to my current memory I've been female since I was born, so my point is, I do have fitting underwear.

...and there's really no point being so squeamish.

[Ffffffffft... Oh great. Fake memories, too. This will be fun.]

I-I'm not being squeamish! I'm just... trying to be sensitive, th-that's all!

...no need to, really. With the recent wave of virus posts I know someone's having their memories screwed with, and since I'm drastically outnumbered it's most likely me, but that doesn't change I appreciate straight-forwardness.

A-Ah... I see. You're far more pragmatic than most people I know... It's for the best, really. I never really quite know whether to contradict someone's false memories or not...

It would only be the Nth time a virus messes with what I think I know. The prospect irritates me to no end, but I've gotten used to it. Never go easy on me in these things, Naoto. If a situation isn't real, I'd always rather know.

I understand, Mello. I'll keep that in mind.

Well, you're normally a boy, so... I'm not exactly used to seeing you like this...

Oh, am I usually younger, too? Cause I don't know, 20 and above seems like I'd be a man rather than a boy.

I remember you changing genders once too though. Does it put you off a lot, seeing me this way?

N-No! Not at all! I probably should have said "male" rather than "boy"...

No, not really. I was going to ask if it really seems all that different, but since you don't remember being male, it's probably a moot point.

It is quite the moot point, really. But you can ask when this virus is over, if you want.

Oh, believe you me, I plan on it! I'm always interested to hear other people's experiences with the genderswap virus!

Call, if you like. I don't make a journal post for every virus that passes.
