It it because some things are unreasonable to fix with talk like terrorism.

When he first engaged into our missions, we answered to civil wars and terrorist attacks. Eventually, we would have to react defensively.

Why do the AEU, UNION and HRA take pride in collecting power so much? The ramifications of all of this...
