As of late, there have been two projects that have been taking up most of my thought energy. The first one is a software project that for the moment precludes my thinking about philosophical topics. However, the purpose of the software is to enable me to better store my thoughts on such things and be able to recall them with greater ease.
Now, part of my formation this year is working with elementary and high school students. With the little kids, there is only so much depth that they can handle, but the High School students are far more astute, and the time to start developing philosophical skill is High School. Thus, my second project that has been keeping me absorbed has been trying to develop a High School primer for philosophy that introduces some basic philosophical terms, and starts the training them in philosophical practices.
So, I hope to teach philosophy before too long, which I think is necessary for integration of the philosophical process. Basically, we learn stuff, and then we use it, but the completion of learning is teaching, because it is the act of teaching that repeats the act of learning.
