Level List Part 2

I made this list a while ago (revised with a number of suggestions). Essentially the goal is to categorize enjoyable anime according to how much into the fandom you need to be to enjoy it. This also includes tolerance level for things like these factors: cultural humor, fandom references, violence/gore/blood, sexual content, etc. I'd like to revise and update this list. I have the original criteria I wrote listed there. I want to make the some additions. First, consider the lowest level at which a show could be reasonably enjoyed (so even if you miss out on references or something the show is still good). Second, all L1 shows should be shows that can get people into the fandom or that someone who has never watched anime can enjoy. To that end, consider whatever it is that made you a fan. Also as a general rule, outside old classics, please don't put stuff with violence/gore/blood or sexual content in large helpings into L1. Also, I'm listing shows to be cut if I believe they haven't aged that well.

Please list all suggestions with a level. If you think I should cut or move something please list “(Cut)” or “(L1 > L2).” Oh and if it isn't obvious, everything listed should be a quality show (exceptions made for certain L1 shows). There are shows on here I haven't watched, added at other people's suggestion. Please keep that in mind.
