Medication Madness
It's funny that this is the one thing I'm gonna write about here that I'd say people in my every day life know more about than everything else. Either way I don't really feel about putting much about it on Facebook nor does it make a wonderful topic for discussion.
I just got off a horrible medication I was taking for sleep (Seroquel). Long story short, it gave me horrible hunger cravings and was NOT a gentle way to fall asleep. Switched to Geodon, which I actually don't even take at bed time. In any event I can now sleep normally, apparently. It's a bit of a weird feeling. It's been a long time since I had sleep that felt remotely "natural."
