Hola everyone!
Breakfast:
Apple - 45
1 cig
Lunch:
sugarfree redbull - 10
4 cheesecrackers - 173
2 slices of ham - 20
2 cigs
Dinner:
still to come

So basically my new eating (1400 to boost metabolism) isn't working because I can't make myself eat. I did yesterday and then I tryed to throw it up, but I couldn't because I was all nervous because I was at my aunt's house and didn't want her to know. I can't stand her she's like 5'8'' and 124 lbs. Uhhh... Her collarbones are to die for. Heh. Literally. Well, anyways, I want to be thinner then her.

So, I heard this statistic: 99 percent of eating disorders come from abuse victims. True? I am one of them. So, just wondering. Doo doo doo. And it was from my therapist, so I'm pretty sure it's true.

To Do List:
Stop smoking
Clean my room
Do homework
Lose 10 pounds

Oh, yeah and I've been sober for 5 days! Count them, five days! The wonders of God.
