I am both excited and sad about the upcoming trip to Tokyo this december.
By stroke of 'luck' , my long awaited sydney trip was diverted to tokyo.
With a handful of barely passable japanese (and negligible understanding of the language), i will be in tokyo for 2 weeks.
It's gonna be a solo trip spending new year and christmas in a city which basically has no party on both occassions on a cold winter. A solo, expensive trip and a lonely festive season in cold weather.
Sure hope I'll have fun.
