All these milkshakes have given me an itch to bake a cake. I made five - who would like to taste-test?
Five hundred years ago a shortage of water wouldn't have meant much for a day but people like to bathe - good for them, that kind of thing wards off disease! Let me tell you, bringing the plague through most of Europe was hard work, like anything else, but I like to see people cheerful!
