Huge Prayer Request:
My Aunt Janaan fell today and broke her neck. I don't know her situation except that they have many tests to run and she is ICU. She was hurrying down the stairs and fell.
Some background, she is my God-mother and she has been blind for most of my life. She met and married her (also blind) husband. They are a very special couple. They don't believe they have a handicap and they don't. She crochets beautiful blankets and afghans for every newborn, newlywed and high school graduate. He is hilarious and tinkers in his garage where his work bench is (you don't honestly think he owns a car do you?!?!).
Please pray fervently.
EDIT UPDATE:: I just heard from my mom and Aunt Janaan has fractured 3 of her verterbrae in her neck. They are not sure of the thorasic ones yet. The docs are keeping her in the ICU overnight for observation. And she is wearing one of those thick braces.
